Eric Feinberg maintains
his own landlord-tenant practice, exclusively representing tenants. Prior
to going into private practice, he had worked for Legal Services of New
York for ten (10) years, representing low-income New Yorkers in their
disputes with landlords. During these years, he gained extensive
experience in trial and appellate practice.
Prior to working with Legal Services of New York, he was a member of the
first graduating class of the City University of New York Law School -- a
school with the primary purpose of educating students for service in the
area of public interest law.
Mr. Feinberg graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College in 1980
and has been a New York City resident ever since. He currently lives with
his two dogs, Rascal and Sophie, in an old law tenement in Clinton (formerly Hell's Kitchen).
